Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Nazretak, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Nature of the Platform

Nazretak is an intermediary marketplace connecting buyers with independent eyewear sellers in Egypt. Nazretak is not the direct seller of products; the final sales contract is between the buyer and the seller. We vet sellers for reliability, but we do not guarantee the quality of any specific product or the accuracy of seller-provided descriptions.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders & Payments

Orders placed on the platform are offers to purchase; a contract is formed when the seller confirms the order. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Cash on delivery is available in covered areas. Electronic payments are processed via Paymob, a payment gateway licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt.

5. Prohibited Use

• Selling or promoting products that are illegal under Egyptian law
• Posting misleading information or false medical claims
• Circumventing payment systems or providing false financial information
• Using the platform for unlicensed commercial purposes
• Interfering with platform security or infrastructure
• Harvesting user data without explicit permission

6. Intellectual Property

All Nazretak content — including logo, design, source code, and editorial content — is the exclusive property of Nazretak or its licensed partners. No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nazretak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent completed order on the platform.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
